Products work really well with a few minor issues

Products work really well! I got the eye roll on, blue face mask and a sort of cleansing spray and they have worked really well on my skin. Only downsides really are delivery to the UK isn’t the best, they would be better working with Amazon or someone to distribute on the UK to make it quicker. Blue mask works well but needs some work on the consistency and smell. It’s a bit to watery to work well as a mask and smells like hair dye and which isn’t the most pleasant. Like I said, they do work well but need a little refinement

Great products! Impeccable guest service!

I ordered the face kit, not only is the quality great but the customer service is fantastic. Prompt email service and some of the best I have come by. Mohamed and Camille, part of the customer service team are absolutely fantastic, and thankyou! If you want a monthly product this is perfect and also affordable!

Horrible - avoid

Horrible. I first queried my order 3 weeks after ordering, the tracking send said "being prepared". The company agreed that seemed an extraordinary amount of time, and arranged for a replacement order. This arrived promptly. Then a week later another order arrived. I did the right thing, and alerted the company to their mistake. They sent me a returns label for the 2nd order. Herein lies the problem: This means I will have to go to the nearest post-office, wait in an endless line and take the risk of doing that in the middle of a global pandemic. I have explained this to Horace.co, but they keep on telling me this is the only way. I have told them that I am not prepared to take the risk, and that they're welcome to arrange for a collection from my address any time. They refuse to do that. They now try to put the blame on me, claiming I ordered the 2nd shipment, when it in fact was a replacement for the one that seemed to be stuck in limbo somewhere.
The only thing I have done is being a paying costumer, and an honest one at that, alerting them to the 2nd package arriving. I am now being borderline threatened and bullied on email, and they will not even consider collecting the goods, but keep blaming me for "ordering" a 2nd shipment! I wil never again shop with them, and would warn other against doing the same. This complete lack of understanding of the nature of a global pandemic as well as relentless bullying is horrendous.
